Former Union County Judge and El Dorado Mayor Mike Dumas has been retained to oversee the El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce. We are very fortunate to have several companies seriously evaluating sites in Union County that could translate into a wealth of new employment opportunities for our area. We are equally blessed to have a seasoned veteran like Mike Dumas to oversee these projects. Mike's experience as a former County Judge, Mayor and professional economic developer will serve as a valuable asset to help secure new jobs.

Brandon Barnette graduated from Henderson State University with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. Brandon is currently working with Mike Dumas to obtain necessary training and education in economic development. Brandon assists with final preparations for special economic development meetings and projects. Brandon manages the day to day activities of the Union County Industrial Board and El Dorado Development Corporation properties. Brandon updates the Arkansas Site Selection website for Union County, Arkansas listing all available commercial and industrial sites. Brandon is responsible for updating and maintaining the GrowElDorado.com website.

Stephanie Mitchell is the Chamber’s Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for the Chambers Finance’s and the Union County Leadership Class. She is a graduate of Victory Christian School in Camden, AR. Stephanie resides in Smackover with her two sons and volunteers on the Smackover Chamber of Commerce Board. This year Stephanie has taken on being the Chairman of Oil Town.

Tyteonia "Ty" Morgan is the Communications Associate for the Chamber. Ty is responsible for managing the public relations aspect within an organization. Builds and sustains a company's reputation for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Writes and delivers press releases and handles all communication sent to the public. Ty is also responsible for ensuring public views the organization favorably. Ty also develop internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments. Ty also maintains the community website goeldorado.com and make sure it is updated with current information. Ty is also responsible for ensuring that events are planned appropriately. She a graduate of Strong High School and is currently pursuing a criminal justice degree, with a minor in juvenile justice at Southern Arkansas University. Ty is a member of the Criminal Justice Club & National Society of Leadership and Success.

Jaren graduated from Henderson State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Aviation Management. Jaren is responsible for the sales of new memberships as well as retention of existing members. He helps develop the strategic direction for the organization’s growth within the membership area. Jaren also oversees the El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce events. He helps organize, plan, and develop the many events they host.
